Laundry Land Laundromat — Time Management
- Each laundry task takes a different amount of time: folding is quick, washing and drying take longer
- Plan which jobs you want to do based on how much time you have
- The washing machine runs for several minutes — you can fold towels while you wait for it to finish
- Set a goal: “I want to complete 3 jobs before I leave the laundromat”
- Practice sequencing: start the washer first (since it runs on its own), then fold towels while waiting, then move clothes to the dryer
- Watch the clock and give yourself time to finish your last task before you need to leave
