    • What to do if there are no bikes available:
      1. Ask the staff: “When will a bike be available?”
      2. Decide if you have time to wait, or if you should visit another store first and come back
      3. If waiting, practice patience — find a place to stand safely and wait for your turn
    • What to do if none of the bikes fit you or feel comfortable:

      Tell the staff: “This bike doesn’t feel right. Can I try a different one?”
    • What to do if you don’t have enough money:

      Ask about earning money by doing a job at the bike rental or a nearby store

    • Greetings

      Saying hello and goodbye
    • Follow visual and verbal instructions
    • Ask for assistance or directions from bike rental staff or police officer when needed

    • A bike ride takes several minutes — make sure you won’t need to rush to finish
    • If there is a wait, estimate how long it will take based on how many students are ahead of you

    • Return the bike on time so the next student can have a turn
